Well furnished lounge/dinner, flat screen TV with freeview, DVD player with a good choice of films,
CD player with DAB radio.

Tackle shed including washing machine and tumble drier, bait fridge freezer, bar-be-que etc.
Rowing dingy and buoyancy aids.

Private enclosed parking for two cars.
Excellent fishing on the River Yare, where pike, perch, roach, bream and rudd are in abundance.

The name Iceni comes from the Iceni tribe whose leader was the famous Boudicca the Celtic Queen of the Iceni tribe of East Anglia. The ruins of her village can be seen at Caister St Edmund a short car journey three miles south of Norwich.
